Refund policy

Return Policy: ALL returns must have original tags attached and be unworn/unlaundered. Items must have receipt to be eligible for returns. 

Boutique items returned within 3 days of purchase are accepted for exchange or money back. Returns more than 3 days after purchase are accepted for exchange or store credit only. 

Online Return/Exchanges: You have within 3 days of receiving your item to request return authorization. However, it will be at your expense to send the item back to Threads as shipping charges are not refunded. Once the item is received in original condition with tags still attached and no damage, your payment will be credited back to the original card or items exchanged.
